My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great, just 13 minutes from my birthday venue, but not the most convenient during cold and rainy weather. The staff at the front desk and housekeeping were cordial, but the lack of nearby stores was a downside. The dining experience was pricey at $16.95 per person with minimal selection, and missing the complimentary breakfast wasn't ideal. The rooms were a bit disappointing, not completely clean until late afternoon and dealing with bed bugs on the first night made for an uncomfortable stay.
